Been keeping my fluids and food diary. Been changing my diet. No more takeaways and alcohol! Weight is 114kg. Olympics Games are beginning on Fri, 26 Jul 2024 – Sun, 11 Aug 2024. New Prime Minister as well. It's going to be interesting and exciting times.
