I had the opportunity to work with Martin during my Global MBA program as part of an executive company project where he was my client. Throughout the project, Martin was professional and collaborative, ensuring I had the necessary context and resources to complete the work. His openness to ideas and feedback created a constructive environment, allowing me to achieve the project goals effectively.
It was a pleasure working with Martin and Muu La Ltd. and I wish him continued success in his endeavors.
I first met Martin while volunteering for a grassroots well-being charity. We regularly raised money through street fundraising in various cities throughout the Midlands, organised charity events, and attended brainstorming meetings. Martin's focused attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and innate tenacity were a great asset to his volunteering role.

Martin Pold volunteered with RECOVERY Assistance Dogs from April 2012 – September 2015. He campaigned against compulsion in order to stop people being forced onto drugs and instead found the best way to help each individual. He encouraged people to talk about their experiences with mental health. He learnt how to do centering therapy and creative therapy. He blogged and did his best to remove the stigma. He went enthusiastically to many different events and places to raise money for the charity. Martin went into the community and hospitals to act as advocates for and support people suffering from wellbeing issues. Martin raised funds by running Leicester Half Marathon in October 2012, qualified finish time for 13,1 miles was 2 hours 46 minutes. He designed the original RECOVERY Assistance Dogs logo. He was part of the "Party Animals" animation creative team. He organised the charity music event at De Montfort University's Student Union.

I've always found Martin to be someone who approaches work with a great attitude. In my dealings with him I've found him to be hard working and organised. I awarded Martin a "Start-Up Bursary" whilst at D.M.U because his business which imports niche meats was well researched and addressed a gap in the market. I was impressed with how he pitched the idea at the time and am happy to see that the business is still trading 7 years after it was formed.
