What we collect

The details you give us when you enquire or order: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the content of your message.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, fulfil orders and keep records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond the suppliers and carriers needed to complete your order.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request. Order and accounting records are kept for the periods UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email martin@muula.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
